The Author

Betty Nygaard King´s fascination with famous women began 30 years ago when she read a children´s book on Florence Nightingale. Betty has worked behind the scenes as a writer and editor for many organizations, and currently divides her time between writing and teaching piano. She and her husband live in Ottawa, Canada.
